LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to circumstances such as insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).
The terms and conditions below may not apply to registrants who signed up through a Purchase Order or special pricing offers.
General Refund Policy:
Digital and Physical Course Materials: The fees paid for digital or physical course materials, such as textbooks, workbooks, or access codes, are generally non-refundable unless the materials are defective or unusable upon receipt. In such cases, the student must notify LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd within a specified time frame, and a replacement or refund will be provided.
Online Courses and Distance Learning Programs:
Technical Issues: LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd strives to ensure that online courses and distance learning programs run smoothly. However, in the event of technical issues that significantly hinder the student's ability to access or participate in the course, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The student must promptly report such technical issues to the LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd support team.
Exceptions:
Special Programs: Refund policies for special programs, workshops, seminars, or customized courses may vary and will be explicitly stated in the program description or enrollment agreement.

- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated via email to LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd.
- If an event or course is canceled by LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd, 100 percent of the course fees will be refunded. Please note that personal expenses incurred by the candidate, such as travel and logistics expenses, will not be included in the refund.
- In the event of a postponement, candidates who made their purchase at least 3 days prior will be rescheduled to a forthcoming classroom batch without additional charges. Furthermore, candidates requesting to shift from one schedule to another will be accommodated seamlessly.
- If a candidate raises a cancellation request 10 days or more before the start of a course or event, a deduction of 10 percent of the total course fee will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs, and the remaining amount will be refunded with in 3-7 working days.
- A written request for a refund must be submitted to the LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd administration within the specified time frame mentioned in the course enrollment agreement.
- Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for cancellation requests raised within 10 days of the start of a course or event. Exceptions may be considered in rare cases of extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies, which prevent the student from continuing with the course. The decision to grant a refund in such cases will be at the sole discretion of LearnNThrive Solutions Pvt Ltd.
- Candidates who fail to attend a course or event will not be eligible for a refund.
