This policy explains what personal data LearnNThrive collects when you use our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

01Who we are

LearnNThrive (https://learnnthrive.com) is operated by LearnNThrive Solutions Private Limited (CIN U78100KA2023PTC173737), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 40, 2nd Floor, 11th Cross, Sector 7, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy applies to our website and the forms on it. It does not cover third-party websites we link to — their own privacy policies apply there.

02Data we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in an enquiry, contact or “ask a question” form we collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • depending on the form: the topic you are interested in, the purpose of your enquiry, your company and role, number of learners, how you heard about us, and your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Approximate location — the city, region, country and time zone derived from your IP address, and the IP address itself. We use it to route enquiries to the right team and show region-appropriate information.
  • How you found us — campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), ad click identifiers (such as Google, Microsoft or Meta click IDs), the referring website and the first page you landed on.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, form interactions, device, browser and operating system, collected through analytics tools where enabled (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Security signals — our spam-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks browser and device characteristics to tell people from bots when you submit a form.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial, health or biometric information. Please do not include it in messages.

03How we use your data

  • to respond to your enquiry and give you the information or guidance you asked for;
  • to connect you, where you ask us to, with relevant course providers, institutes or software vendors;
  • to understand which content and campaigns are useful, and to improve the website;
  • to keep the site secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
  • to meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process it on our behalf — website hosting and content management, our enquiry-management platform, IP-geolocation lookup, Cloudflare (security and spam protection), and analytics providers such as Google, where enabled. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
  • Course providers, institutes or vendors — only when your enquiry asks to be put in touch with them, and only the details needed for that.
  • Authorities — when required by law, court order or to protect rights, safety and property.

Some providers store data outside India. Where they do, we rely on the transfer being permitted under the DPDP Act and on contractual safeguards.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. Location and attribution details stored in your browser remain until you clear your browser storage. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

07Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated;
  • have your data erased when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • have a grievance addressed by us, and then escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

Visitors from the EEA or UK also have the rights to object to or restrict processing and to data portability, and may complain to their local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email hello@learnnthrive.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

08Security

We use HTTPS throughout the site, keep API keys on our servers, restrict access to enquiry data to people who need it, and use spam protection on every form. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

09Children

Our content is written for a general audience, including students. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not track or target advertising at children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage and, where analytics or advertising tags are enabled, cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists what is stored and how to control it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where required.
